I like to think of myself as a foodie to the max. Over the last couple of years I wanted to change my lifestyle to be healthier but to not let that impede on me enjoying food and that’s exactly what I’ve done!

On this blog I want to share my recipes as well as inspiration I’ve taken from great chefs, I have a big sweet tooth so a lot of my recipes are healthier takes on desserts but I love to cook in general so will share what ever comes to mind!

None of my recipes use butter or refined sugar, I try to replace butter where I can with coconut oil, or sugar with maple syrup or honey.
